Welcome to YogSocial! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YogSocial mobile application and website operated by Bajasu Technologies ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
SERVICE USAGE
YogSocial is currently provided as a free tool for business management.
Free Access
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service up and running 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to routine maintenance, updates, or network conditions.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Illegal Use
Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service, APIs, or underlying intellectual property.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Bajasu Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS & SERVICES (ZOOM & GOOGLE)
YogSocial provides integrations with third-party services including Zoom and Google to synchronize class schedules and automate video conferencing.
Authorization
By authorizing YogSocial to connect to your Zoom or Google account, you grant us permission to manage calendar events, schedule video meetings, or coordinate attendees on your behalf.
Compliance
You represent and warrant that your usage of these integrations complies with the respective terms of service of Zoom and Google and all local privacy regulations.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any service interruptions, account actions, rate-limiting, or data synchronization issues caused by Zoom or Google API service availability.
